over and over

i wrote this poem when i first split with my husband and tonight i feel this feeling flooding back:

i wanna scream
i wanna cry
i wanna drink
i wanna die...
stop the memories
stop the pain
just make it all
go away...
of course i lie
i say im fine
why go on
just wasting time...
